The recent fires in Orange County,Ca burnt down seraval homes. The customers called in to DirecTV to let them know what just happen etc...
DirecTV said you are still going to get charged for the receivers that were lease to you.
So the word spread in the Mobile home community that burnt down and they were all told the samething. So the people got together and and told DTV they were going to the media, Because this is not right.
DTV back down telling the customers that they will not backcharge them for the receivers.
The only way i found out is because they had a story in the local news paper.
Pretty mess up to put a customer though all that BS when they just lost there house!
