Well radioman, I think the guys got a point. When I got my highspeed through charter they didnt give me any parameters on how much I could use the internet. As long as he is not running a business out of there, I dont see the problem. This guy is just a regular shmoe with no concept on how much bandwith he can use. They couldnt even tell him.
