That schlep just can't understand one fact: Just because his car can do a top speed of 120mph does not mean he can get bent out of shape because the rules say max speed on the highway is 65mph. ....and he get's busted for it.
I would almost BET, that he got one or two warning letters before they tossed him off the net.
