Vegas... I have had my share of dealings with the IRS.... They are what you make of them... if you're hiding something, they'll find it. If not it's just another annoying waste of time. I don't use too many subs and they are not in the installer world so I'm not too concerned about it.
In fact I think we just went through an audit with the Department of labor last month... I'm not typing this from behind bars so something must have been right.
