Go to www.irs.gov and download a Form SS-8. That'll eff his business if he is misclassifying employees as contractors. If you don't get to set your time frames, you're an employee. All his other "contractors" will be classified as employees as well and he'll owe employer taxes for each of them, including back taxes and penalties. He won't survive the IRS.
