Cox Comm has a "quota" as an accountability, but you can meet that montly number just by straightening out how the work order was set up. Most call center reps screw up the work order so bad, they miss point assignments left and right. I get them right before I close the work order and boom.... quota met. If I actually try to pitch HBO or another digital box, that's all gravy money.
Last I heard tho ....Cox Comm is removing "sales" as a tech accountablility for 2009. They are just going to focus on First Call Resolution, QA, Customer Surveys, and Points per Hour.
