Stop doing fulfillment. You don't need a company to get your work through. Talk to your current customers and discuss opportunities for doing work direct through them. Hang TVs on walls, install OTA antennas for all them HD boxes they have. Connect everything to the internet for them such as their DVRs, etc. Hook up their surround sound units. Install NetFlix Roku boxes for them. Get into the legal FTA world and start installing systems for the churches and foreigners in your area. Got any Canadians coming down to your area for the winter? StarChoice and Bell ExpressVu systems can be installed for them. There's a lot of other satellites you can be putting in your birdog besides dish and direct. Heck, I see you're in Alabama. If you got some poor parts around there with no DSL or Cable, you can sell them Skyway.
I charge $80/hr out here in Phoenix. Depending on the cost of living out there, you might come up with a different figure for your area.
