Oh yeah,
Another aspect of this was the attempts to conrol schedule & technique.......employees can be disciiplined for being "late" and not being available every day. Afer three days notice I put my truck in a shop fpr maintenance..they sent work and tried to backcharge me for not doing it. Employee or contractor?
But I digress!
