There are a lot of good sweep techs out there eating crap because of this and when the customer trying to get everything under control people like you start "whining " and saying the specs have changed.Venting is when you are being constructive not corruptive.
because of people like you all the sweep company's are looked at pretty hard and things are brought out they may not otherwise.
It is good to vent like you said but pick the correct battles and know what you are talking about before you start making comments that makes no sense.
I know a lot of people working out there and this is what they are telling me so either do your job the way its supposed to be done or fly off to the next job and quit screwing it up for the rest of them.
