... I went to a large university to do some U/G work. When I went out to bid the job the project this guy took me for a walk about. He told me that he had been there for years watching the construction of the Infrastructure. He showed me the approximate locations of the Duct Packages going into the Mainframe building. He told me that he was pretty sure that the Fiber and copper cables were three feet Deep. So I loaded up my trencher went and cut them all up! Nothing was in innerduct! It was all direct bury Fiber and Copper! So who is to blame me or the Project Manager? What was really bad was that when the trencher hit the Copper Cables it ripped them out and tore out all of the Communications centers Equipment. Now all of the Mainframes and Data Racks are lying on the Basement floor useless and beyond recognition! I ask again! Who is to be blamed for this Catastrophe? Me or the Middle Manager! I will never work there Again! My insurance is now Rife with insureties! Can you Dawgs help me out with this terrible mess?
