I wish I had that kind of arrangement with my landlord, cellphone company, power company, DSL, etc. I could just tell them all "Sorry, my check didn't show up so y'all are gonna have to wait."
Late fees. Late fees. At the least if this guy is not getting his money, he should be charging them 29% interest compounded daily, along with a $20 late fee each month. If they don't like those terms, they can call Visa and apply with them for a better rate.
