THANK YOU VEGAS!!!! When I was working in collections I used to hear this b.s. response all the time. If your contract is with the PRIME the PRIME is who owes you. Did you sign a contract that said Net 30......Net 45 or does it say.......subs will be paid after the prime is paid? If you have any questions p.m. stop letting primes bully you
