The problem I have with backcharges are that i've seen guys who get backcharged every single day, but do you think that the company takes action, Nope, they just continue to let him work and work and work while they rape and rape and rape, you know what message that sends to me? Companies don't give one crap about quality as long as they are getting what they want. And what do they want, more, more,more, more money and more quantity so they can satisfy the bean counter who looks at his pretty little chart with all the nice looking colors telling him he hit quota for the month and his bonus check is on the way, but in all retrospect what he has really accomplished is a QUANTITY of S,hitty work!
