quick question for all who can help.... been doing hurricane work for a few years now as a "sub-contractor"10-99 if u will.... the perdiem is always different from sub-to-sub???? how is that??? isn't the per-diem federally funded and to be given to the employee's ? this is a question I feel a lot of people like myself would like to know the answer to..
