Just to clear up the terms you are using. IF is intermediate frequencies. Used in the headend to jump from modulators, when not using baseband video and audio. Usually 44.5 MHz. You are referring to IR infrared frequencies. Many smart home products use this low powered line of sight equipment. I would be looking for any wireless alarm system products. I also have seen IR interference come from a neighbor’s house. Keep in mind line of sight.
