Hmmmmmmm!
Reminds me of life on another planet in another time. I went o a bid meeting where a CATV group ( I think Caltec of MD) wanted landscapers to bid on cleaning up after UG installations under lawns in MDUs. I passed; not what I was set up to do. Heard from someone who tried it.........most work was with a broom but then there were areas where the UG guy wanted his UG vibrator back and used a back hoe.
Sometimes they go up. Sometimes..the other way.
