As long as the prime gets his 50-80 percent of the contract, why does he care what kind of job his subs do? He can start over with a new compny name for less than $200! In the meantime he knows the company will eventually have to pay to get those problems fixed...and he'll be first in line because of his buddy inside that got him there originally!
