Can someone explain this to me. Why do aspiring contractors hire managers who have no technical backround, no ability to manage an office, no personel skills. then set them up in a closet sized office, w/ no room for equipment no way to track equipment, and no tools. Then they hire no experienced techs becouse they have no budget to advertise. So this manager try as he may has no way of succeeding, The company of course fails in a reasonable amount of time causing the green horns who are now at least capable of completing some work to go work for the compitition.
So your training the workers for the very company who your trying to beat, And for free. I don't get it, I only have a few years in school for business but Ive been doing this crap for a long time and I have seen this over and over again. It is funny to watch it unfold but its a shame.
