My theory on fixing this is to take the 750 billion and divide it between the 301 million current taxpayers which own a house and is a citizen of usa,, they get a check roughly 500k (tax free incentive program), then u must pay off the mortgage, then payoff any outstanding credit stains, ect,, then you take 20k of this money, send to local goverment for the local gov to cut a check for thr local hospitals (no more hostpital bills, cause its community owned) step 1 of fixing health issues ,,, then allow the people to GO GREEN on there house by giving 100% tax free expense on new insulation and more enrgy eff a/c systems ect.
i feel that the problem we have is that goverment and banks and insurance and of course the price of fuel,has thumbed the working folks so much that we have no money now, and the big bizz's are starting to fail, because we have no more money to pay them,, give the money to the peeps of usa
