I am not sure about cable prices, I have heard its low, not worth doing.
Dishnetwork states that you can not charge the customer for any custom work, wall fish or pole mount. But they do pay alot more per job.
DirecTV will let you charge for wall fish, going rate is $60 to $75 per wall. But they pay on average $30 less per job.
