My question is who hires these contract installers? Isn't there some one above you to take these complaints to? I mean their getting paid to do a job and obviously their not and creating service calls on top of that. So its time for a little negative reinforcement. Hit them where it hurts. Get tough on them, its your system , turn in back charges to the powers to be. You sound like you would give the shirt off your back to help some one and as contractor this is refreshing when a system man will help you. Keep up the good work .
