Its all time vs money. The less money the MSO pays out, the less that trickles down to that lowley installer. Why the hell would any one do wall fish work for 12 or 15 bucks? Everything is going to hit the wall sooner or later, customer service gets further and further from these guys focus every day. Pay them less and expect more paperwork and higher standards. Sounds like the MSO is willing to sacrifice customer service in trade for profit. Just my .02
