You get that alot from in house techs because they do not want to be bothered by it. I have seen some contractors do the same thing. I remember when my mom got her cable in Toledo,Oh and the buckeye tech told her that he could not run lies because they did not give him a drill. Then a contractor came out and told her that she needed a crawl space guy to run those lines for her. What ever happened to get the job done no matter what it has to be or is everybody just getting to dam lazy anymore to do it right the first time and stop screwing customers over? By the time they explain everything to the customer they could be half way done with the job lmao.
