HD Channels

Who has the most HD channels available, I 've been listening to the ads on TV and every one is saying they have more HD than the other. Someone is lying and advertising falsely. I also know that some of the providers DTV,Dish and cable compresses some of the HD so you are not really getting full HD. Any input?
