Test current box with componant cables eliminating the DVI...Bet the problem goes away...Then have the customer get a quality DVI cable...The only problem I see with this is that DVI does not carry audio and you said there is audio dropout as well??? You weren't very clear on this...

Also need to know make/model of set and how A/V is connected...

ALso...PLEASE STOP USING RED!!! PLEASE capitalize the firs letter when starting a new sentence!!! I have a terrible headache now after deciphoring your posts...(puke)
