I have to agree. The problem isn't usually with the subs of Connect but with Connect directly. I know that last week I called to change a job and to add receiver. When I called later to check and see if it was changed, they told me that someone already closed it without the add-on. The note was there to change it but it never was changed. I, for one, am pretty fed up with the whole DTV thing. I have found that Dish is easier to work with and I can call and change jobs myself instead of worrying about if someone else did it for me. They pay better, quicker, and most of the time, it is pretty accurate. Aside from a SC or something that wasn't done on my part, I don't have too many issues. Lets not forget that the amount of supplies to do a Dish job is significantly less than with DTV. The whole idea of this business, especially with the rising cost, is to make more and spend less. We encourage EVERYONE to do their part in making sure that you get what is owed.
