another use for a bell wrench

i live and work in california every gang banger and low life dope dealer owns one of these dogs most of them have never had a shot or seen a vet all day these dogs are jumping up poles on the other side of the fence while their owners look on with a smile in hopes me or my crew get bit if one ever gets close he gets a smack with the safety or a ding on the head with a bell wrench ive had owners that have confronted me with attitude and even weapons and i told them all "keep your dog away or we will have a problem" trust me i have had bosses tell me i cant be doing that to peoples animals and i reply well then you groundhand for a day
