Island you got that right. I was severly attacked by a chow chow when I was a kid. The dog broke its chain and chased me for about 100yds until it took me to the ground and latched on to my arm and bit thru my tendons and tissue to the bone. I found out that kids my size and my age would throw rocks at it. After pissing my pants, getting shots and stitches I never walked down that block again.
