Absolutely! Alot of people aren't responsible enough to have Goldfish much less a strong dog! They keep these dogs tied up in the back yard don't associate the dog with the surrounding environment and expect him to be civil. Are prisoners who are kept in solitary civil when they get to the yard? No they are walking time bombs! Humans are supposed to be evolved and use reason and logic yet they go crazy when locked away. What do they expect of a beautiful animal who was bred for tenacity and aggression toward other animals. A pit that attacks people outside of his territory was taught to be an attack dog. I raised some of these dogs. They bark at people if they are on guard and you are close to their territory. Those that try to leave their territory and attack humans were trained for aggression towards humans or taunted many times. They are now attack dogs and useless as a family pet!
