No offense but what do you expect? A com tech for 30k is kinda low. He is either a beginner or not worth a damn for that amount!
The fact that he calls himself a com tech is disgraceful! I sometimes forget the lay out however a quick glimpse refreshes my memory and I am back at it. The fact that he couldn't pull it up on line proves that he should be gone. Freelancers like the fine gentlemen on this site may better suit his needs.
