Don't forget that all your actives are kicking on a the same time and creating an enormous draw on the PS as far as amps are concerned...Once they are on then the draw is not near what the startup is. You have a 15KW gen...How many amps...as in electrical amps not active amps...does it supply??? You also have the HE IRD's...modulators...and any other equipment in there like a CM that is also starting back up...And the air conditioner...Lots of power being drawn at startup...
