I use Trilithic 860 DSPi but it's pricey for your average Joe.

Sadelco just put out a new meter that does MER/BER for around 1400.00 new; DisplayMax 5000.

It's more for the Installer end of the business; for Mx type work I would go with higher level DSAM or Trilithic 860, without a doubt.

I prefer the 860, personally.
