Can anyone recommend a meter that will read mer and ber?
Mark at SA is supposed to be sending me a loaner to kick around , a SA 860, but apparently the mail is backed up.
Just looking for thoughts and whatever ever to steer clear of .. would love for it to do 8vsb also ....
