Agreed and understood. I think that the amount of money that they throw at creating jails should have been first invested in the school system. The basic causes of drug use are lack of a good education and too much idle time. When I give my a coloring book and a computer there is no fighting or mischief in my house. As soon as they get bored with nothing to do fights and murals on the walls become prevalent! I keep them busy and doing constructive things and everyone is happy. If a teenage boy has a tight schedule of school,sports,vocation internship, homework and family time how in the hell will he have time to use drugs. When I grew up there were the nerds who were in every kind of activity and rarely had the chance to simply hang out. The were usually nerds. Now they are well off and play with their expensive toys. Maybe if I were a little more nerdy I would have stayed away from Cable and be further ahead! I was too busy chasing skirts and playing sports.
