I thought that was all covered in the comments section of the film!!! nothing was being posted as new you assumed that from the title. The title was designed to get people to watch it.
though these bills are not amnesty bills per say they do go to the rights of immigrants among other things.

Also I invite you to look into other bills that address other matters pertaining to Mexico such as appropriations, foreign relations, dept of agriculture the point is that it is a constant struggle to stay abreast of the communist whom would give America away to the socialist. Also, look at the names of the representatives who sponser and cosponsor these bills and this is just in the Senate we have another branch of the legislature and many more bills in both branches committees.
