This clip is from over a year ago. There is no new amnesty bill in Congress.
If you watch the clip, check the info on the bottom of the screen. At 20 seconds into the clip, it says that oil costs $85 a barrel. We haven't seen those prices for a while now. Then, at exactly one minute into the clip, the info bar says that AAA reports that gas hit a new record high off $3.221 a gallon. I'd love to see those prices today.
