Marcus: I've had it happen twice. Both times, I did all the things you stated, confirmed everything worked properly as far as I could do, told the customer it was a DTV problem & in to contact them if it wasn't corrected. I never heard or checked back with the customers, but I did contact other installers in the area who confirmed the problem was systemic.
