In America we allow any old shit to happen. Like I don't understand this. Affirmative action was created to allow no race to be barred from obtaining work in any business of any place in America. Black Companies are lately have been forced to comply white companies were the initial target. Some Liberals during that election year forgot that there are some black companies that practiced the same unfair practices. These companies were forced to comply. Now people from other contries and ethnic groups are only hiring their own and no one stops them. How many blacks or whites have you seen working in a Mexican paint company, Indian restaurant and or other Ethnic restaurant. Not many. They allow asian restaurants to import more help because of the skilled labor needed. There are too many things that are overlooked in this country.
