Bushmaster, all the tests you post mostly apply to installers. I remember in the 80's I was installing as a sub for RTK in New Jersey. The IRS was hassling them over employee vs. contractor stuff. One day they told us we had all get incorporated. They gave us a packet on how to do it, and we all drove up to Trenton to file our docs. Six months later the IRS was still giving them crap, so one day they decided to go all employee. Sounds like 20 years later the same stuff is going on. I've been running my little one man corporation for 20 years now.
