Except you clearly don't understand that as a customer I don't care if I contracted with your company to put a roof on my house and you said well I have a 200 ft boom crane to lift the material. I as the customer do have the right to say I don't want you to use that on my job site, when the same task can be completed by other means that would result in less damage to my yard. Again if you don't want the work than turn down the job. No such laws are broken in this situation.
