i prefer installer. it's like i told the customer yesterday when she was walking me through her complex and she said "i'll be outside looking for you" to which i replied "I'M THE GUY THAT LOOKS LIKE I CRACK HEAD THAT JUST CRAWLED OUT FROM UNDER A HOUSE" she laughed but it was true. 98 degrees and humping 5 am's till 3 pm that's what i looked like. or another way to put it, i was asked when i started this contract "polo or t-shirt" i thought that was funny, but that's your answer as far as i'm concerned......installer or technician = polo or t-shirt. i like that this company has room for both!
