I don't get your beef? Their are plenty of Primes that offer both employee and sub subcontractor opportunities. I'm not sure how you are going to gain from this Bill if it is passed, being a sub or an employee.
If you think that these Primes are going to have to pay all your taxes next year... you are wrong, and if you get reclassified as an employee..... there go all your deductions as a contractor.
If it is found that a prime has to reclassify, all thats going to happen is he will get hammered come time for his insurance audit.
