Re: Explain this please

I think the guys who really knew how to run a shop, had loads of experience themselves, etc., decided a long time ago that this industry had run too far downhill to be worth sticking around. The result is the only ones left are screwballs. There are a few honest ones that are really still trying to stick it out.
