Has anyone stopped and thought that if they the "independent contractor" are bound to the same specs as the prime then isn't the prime to be considered an "independent contractor" as well. I wish that as some point we would get a backbone and quit letting the government be our fix all cure all big brother. The way I see it if they get their way why not let all systems start hiring only inhouse people? Then let's watch the pricing go down down down. It may that the persons complaining should work a little harder as I am sure they are probably piece rate and they would indeed make more money.
