No digital cable at this customer's home so no STB anywhere. However, I know that the digital carriers screw with locally generated feeds. I wanted to just do this while leaving the digital stream intact and not having to put in an LPF but I guess I'll just do it that way. I figure there's space above 116 since they're not running above 750mhz in all areas yet.
I wasn't really looking for an over analysis of the whole situation, just looking for a couple of dead channels to put a camera on.
