It would be in your best interest to do some investigative work on the prime prior to going to work. Believe it or not there are a few reputable companies out there. I know they are very limited but they are out there. I do a background search on companies now. I like to make sure that they don't have any leins, judgements of UCC filed against them. That way I can make a decision from a position of strength opposed to weakness.
