Its only a couple weeks till this years hurricane season starts. With the devastating storms that have already hit other places outside the usa and the violent storms erupting here this spring one can only wonder is global warming actually bringing forth more storms as scientist predict. I wouldn't wish a hurricane on anyone ,but I feel our industry needs about three Cat 5's to raise prices back to where they should be . The MSO's and the large primes have monopolized our industry long enough.Time for some cost plus.Prices continue to decline and overhead keeps going up . More and more contractors fall by the wayside. Our industry is in sad shape . My only wish is that all contractors going to do storm damage would set home a few days and let the price go up. But that will never happen. Storm damage is the perfect opporutinty for hacks thieves and ghost billers to come out the wood work. I'm just curious as to peoples opinions as to whether they would drop everything and run to storm damage if prices remained the same as they are currently.Would you go work inhouse for a prime if the MSO tried to monopolize things that way? What say yea Cable Dogs/Dawgs???????????
