OTA Rooftop Antenna

Hey guys...I was recently approached to start installing rooftop OTA Antennas...Having never done this type of work I was wondering what the going rate(s) are for tri-pods...poles...rotators etc??? Also what about distribution amps??? Same as usual for cable??? Are jobs usually figured by the hour or the entire job??? When mounting a tripod to a shingle roof I pressume to seal with silicone or is there a better way???
