Re: SO what do you guys think of this one?

Where I work as a contractor I can sell then do an instant install and make more on the sell, then get paid for the install. When the work is slow my guys sell quite abit to make up for the work being slow. If the house is chewed up they usually just schedule it out but still get paid for the sale.
