Most MSO's pay higher for the nevers then they do for the reco's. I do understand why you would want to assure your installs get done.
Good luck, Sales are what keeps us all moving even though I hear allot of techs state "the damn sales guy did this or that".
I would suggest going out and doing what you do best, Get better numbers then anyone and make sure everyone in your company that is with in ear shot knows that it was you that brought in the most sales for the month.
It may not seem like it but they will try and keep you. You are bringing in the bread and butter for the MSO.
